For Hello Gorgeous Magazine I’ve already done quite a few illustrations, but I’m now re-doing all of them in a new style. If you want to see the original emotionless boring computerstyle versions that I made for the magazine: look at their insta feed!
Hello Gorgeous is a really beautiful glossy magazine about living with HIV, produced by people with HIV and others directly involved with them or allies like me. Everyone who works on the magazine offers their services for no commercial gain.
The illustrations I made are all illustrations of different text articles. About: 1. Foster parents, 2. Prejudice against HIV+ people and their pets. and 3. A messy house with friends who take care of each other, especially for a housemate who has the flu and lives with HIV.
Click the gallery to see each image: the first is my new hand drawn version in the style I hope to develop more, the second is the boring computer version that I made professionally for the magazine; a style I want to ditch a.s.a.p.
