A couple of months ago the FOSTA-SESTA law was the biggest thing to be upset about, yet there was almost zero attention in Europe. I did make a cartoon about it but never finished the sketch. Today the USA goes out to vote for the midterms to elect federal and state officials – and the biggest thing to be upset about this time is the plan of the US government to make transcending gender impossible by law. I wonder how much longer we can postpone and not do anything. This is no time for complacency. I need to up my game. So here is my old sketch, finally finished. It might not change the world, but I do hope someone who sees it will stop and think “oh hey, some laws are ridiculous, especially when they are made by people who make laws that do not effect themselves”:
